Project Management and System Implementation

Develop overall project implementation strategy and execution plan providing overview, scope, stakeholder goals and expectations, high level schedule with milestones, team structure and RACI matrix, risks, and project governance. Manage cross-functional teams consisting of business and IT resources, intra-departmental members and 3rd party vendors. Perform status checks and reporting to project stakeholders, proactively identify risks and escalate to the corresponding owners, and define and execute mitigation strategies. Perform Change Management duties such as stakeholder communications, business and IT user training, and develop standard operating procedures and job-aids for new solution.

Technology Assessment and Vendor Selection

Lead business and technical requirement assessments, and RFI/RFQ/RFP development and vendor evaluation. Assist with evaluation of vendor responses and demonstrations, and provide quantitative comparisons of their strengths and weaknesses utilizing our standardized scoring framework. Perform comprehensive fit/gap analysis for the selected vendor’s capabilities against client’s forward-looking business and technical requirements and provide recommendations to bridge the gap.
